The room had a balcony with a sea view and beautiful bridge, spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well equipped and clean, with complementary toiletries. The hotel provided daily bottles of water. The location was excellent, just off Gwangalli Beach with easy access to restaurants and public transportation.
All good.

The location is bangon. You are 5 mins walk from train station and literally 20 seconds from the beach.
Need more hangers and a cupboard

The Hotel is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We like the Gwangalli beach area better than Haeundae beach and this hotel is right in the middle of Gwangalli beach.
The hotel is under renovations (as of July 2011) and there were few hotel services available --no restaurant or bar. But, plenty of places very nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the location is fantastic - just a short stroll to the beach. I absolutely loved waking up to the stunning sea view from my room, it was worth every penny. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. great value for money!
No major complaints, everything was just perfect.

It was literally on the beach. Perfect location.
It seemed like the hotel was either still being built, or was being torn down. It wasn't quite finished.

The beach view is beautiful.
No shower gel, no kettle, no coffee, no wifi. They didn't make my room one day. You have no heater if you are not inside the room.

Convenient location, comfortable room, attentive staff
The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk from the subway station and close to the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean, and offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the hotel provided easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes.
The hotel was surrounded by construction sites during our visit, which made for a noisy environment. Additionally, we could hear noise from other guests and passersby, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for our business trip.

Proximity to beach
Lack of English language. Hotel not known by taxi drivers in central Busan. Name of hotel not clearly shown in English outside. If it wasn't for the taxi driver phoning the hotel for directions, I am not sure we would have found it.

The location is just off the main beach in Busan and 10 minutes to the Metro
The hotel was very difficult to find. The very large reception area looked starkly empty as if there was there was once an opulent look to the place but this had slipped to single two-seeter couch. The rooms were gloomy, the carpet was stained and the bathroom lacked the usual fineries. One would think that there was a refurbishment in progress but there was no work to be seen.

There is almost nothing to recommend this hotel other than the water was hot and the toilet did flush
It was a long way from the beach, the lighting in the room was poor, the tv was small and limited stations, the comforter was thin, it was cold, there was no coffee and few amenities. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Location close to the bexco
There is no Internet even though the website says there is Internet access. Internet access is really needed for our business trip, so it was worst. Also, in the room, the soap had already been used before we used.

Paid a little extra for sea view and it was well worth it. Cable tv plus they provided keyboard and computer in room with tv as monitor.
Terribly hard Korean mattress. No closet, just 2 hooks and 3 hangers.
